NOW RECRUITING A BUILDING SURVEYOR

As a close-knit team, we take pride in providing expert advice and tailored solutions to our clients. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor or Sava graduate to join our practice, focusing on conducting condition surveys and property valuations.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed condition surveys of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Prepare clear and thorough condition reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements.
  • Undertake accurate property valuations for various purposes such as purchase, sale, insurance, and inheritance or capital gains tax.
  • Offer expert guidance to clients on property condition, necessary repairs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, delivering timely and professional survey reports.
  • Ensure all surveying and valuation work adheres to RICS standards and industry regulations.
